Peanut Brittle
| 2 cup |
- pure cane sugar |
1. Cook sugar, syrup and water until it begins to spin a thread. 2. Add raw peanuts and cook until its a golden brown color. 3. Take from heat; add butter, vanilla, salt and soda and stir vigorously. 4. Pour onto two buttered cookie sheets. 5. Flatten with spatula to peanut's height. 6. Let candy cool and break into large pieces. |

- raw peanuts |
